The Demand=Match System is an advanced compressor flow control mechanism designed to enhance operational and energy efficiency. It achieves energy savings by minimizing frequent load–unload cycling, thereby reducing energy loss due to unnecessary pressurization and depressurization beyond the customer's required pressure range.

This system enables the compressor to automatically match its air output to the customer's actual demand, efficiently operating across a range of 40% to 100% load. By doing so, it reduces mechanical stress on moving components and minimizes thermal fluctuations within the compressor system.

The improved mechanical and thermal stability provided by the Demand Match System supports ELGi's industry-leading warranty – 10 years on EG model airends and 5 years on EQ model airends.

In summary, the Demand Match System delivers energy savings comparable to a VFD compressor while maintaining the cost advantage of a fixed-speed machine.
